약사 유리광 칠불 본원 공덕경

그때 집금강 보살과 제석천, 범천과 사천왕이 자리에서 일어나
공경이 합장하며 석가모니 부처님의 발아래 예배하고 사뢰어 말하였다.

세존이시여, 저희들 대중이
여러 부처님의 본래 원력과 수슬하신 공력을 들었사옵고
또한 여러 부처님의 자비가 이와 같이 극진하시어
저희들 대중으로 하여금 지성껏 공양을 올리도록 깨우쳐주심을
받들어 뵈었습니다.

세존이시여,
만약 어떤 곳에 이 경전과 칠불 여래 부처님의 이름과 다라니를
널리 퍼뜨리며 공양하거나 또는 베끼거나 한다면
저희들이 모두 부처님의 위신력을 받들고 바로 그곳에 나아가서
그들을 옹호하되 지도층이거나 일반 서민이거나를 막론하고
그들이 온갖 괴로움과 모든 병고에 시달리지 아니하여
언제나 편안하고 재물과 의식이 풍족하도록 하겠사오니
이것이 바로 저희들이 모든 부처님의 깊은 은혜에 보답하는
길이옵니다.(8-36)

Then the Bodhisattva of the House of Gold, the First Heaven, the Second Heaven, the Third Heaven, and the Four Heavenly Kings rose from their seats.
and worshipped at the feet of the Blessed One, saying

"Venerable Blessed One, we, the masses of people
have heard of the original power and skill of the various Buddhas.
and the compassion of the various Buddhas has been so exalted
to enlighten the masses of people to make intelligent offerings.
to make intelligent offerings.

Blessed One,
if there is any place where this sutra and the names and dharāṇis of the Seven Buddhas and Blessed Ones
and the names of the Seven Buddhas and the Dharani in any place.
let us all accept the prestige of the Buddha and go to that very place.
and advocate for them, whether they are leaders or common people.
so that they may be free from all kinds of suffering and all kinds of sickness.
so that they may always be comfortable, rich in wealth and consciousness.
This is the way we can repay the deep grace of all the Buddhas
(8-36)
