Fear and worry parasitize our thoughts, preventing us from fully realising ourselves. We must learn to pay attention to what we do or feel, relax our sight, and train our mind through proper exercises to eliminate anxieties.
Stopping worrying is hard. We often let this carriage take us on a one-way trip in a windowless compartment. We cannot see anything around us and are defenceless because we only see what our relentless fear implies.
Some people tend to think "stop worrying about the future, relax and enjoy life." however this cannot improve these cycles of pain. When the mind gets tired and doesn't listen to reason, it responds spontaneously, entering an unconscious flow where the whole organism lets go.
To eliminate worries, we must look outside the cognitive universe. How to fully engage our body, senses, and mind in this process.
Uncertainty about a scenario causes concerns, and we all know that today's society is defined by this leitmotif, this fight for a daily life we struggle to manage or accept. We must also consider that we cannot always control our mental processes.
Our bodies react to anxiety and stress with stomach problems and headaches. We don't often realise how rapidly the mind works, the courses it chooses, the worries it anticipates, and the fatalities it brings us without asking. Stopping this negative loop and maintaining control is our biggest job.
This practice is easy, creative, and effective. Though weird, it has significance and ramifications. Exercise when your mind are racing and you're exhausted: Take your phone, open the front camera like a selfie, and aim your eyes at the screen.
A potent self-awareness approach. Looking at ourselves in the eyes changes our inner existence. Something that makes us stop, relax our mind, and connect with ourselves in the present.
Focus on your needs as you look into your eyes and consider the person before you. Relax and let the world halt to love you, the unloved.
Choose a sound and focus on the surrounding auditory stimulation to relax.
Enjoy the chocolate smell and steam first. Relax and breathe deeply. Take a little sip and keep it in your mouth so the tongue benefits and the palette is filled with chocolate scents. Nothing else should matter when you hold the cup. Appreciate the present and your feelings.
By routinely executing the above exercises, we can gradually eliminate our worries by mobilising attention by activating the senses, which activates the body and calms the mind. Calming him to stop his hyperactivity is the goal, not confounding him. To manage the mind, we sometimes have to calm the body through our five senses.
