For those who promptly rise at the sound of the alarm, swiftly prepare breakfast, brush their teeth, and secure their house keys, all in anticipation of the day ahead.

Upon awakening and reentering the realm of consciousness, you contemplate the tasks awaiting you throughout the day, evening, or even the week.

Reflecting on yesterday's meeting, workday efficiency, and study habits.

Future and past. Historical and forthcoming events. Two temporal moments are connected by a transparent thread that continuously shifts between them.

What I accomplished the previous day. A mantra is employed to help one remember their plans for the following day.

Meanwhile, the taste of your meal, the sensation of your pyjamas on your skin, and the sunlight streaming through your window almost go unnoticed.
