설전에 친구들이랑 통영/고성 여행 마지막날 헤어지기 전에 점심을 먹은 곳입니다. 숙소가 시골에 있어서 먹을 곳이 마땅찮아 헤메다가 들어간 기사식당입니다. 그런데 웬걸 사람들도 엄청 많고 맛도 좋더라구요! 기사식당 짱!!^^
육회비빔밥
기본 상차림입니다.
저는 점심 메뉴로 육회비빔밥을 골랐습니다. 운동중이라 단백질을 매 끼니 적당히 챙겨 먹어야하는데, 육회!!가 딱 눈에띄더라구요ㅎㅎ 경남 고성은 한우 고기가 유명하다던데 육회는 얼마나 맛있을까 기대하며 주문해 보았습니다.
육회가 정말 마~~~~니 들어가 있네요. 중간에 계란 노른자와 깨 그리고 채소들까지!! 비주얼만 봐도 다시 군침이 돕니다. 고추장을 뿌려서 슥삭슥삭 비빕니다. 그리고서,,,
크게 한숫갈 떠서 입에 넣어봅니다. 맛은 상상하는 그 맛입니다. 차가운 육회의 아삭한 식감과 고소함, 그리고 채소의 신선함이 절묘하게 어우러진 그런 맛있는 맛이었습니다ㅎㅎㅎ (밤늦게 죄송ㅜㅜ)
