♤맛있는 간식♤ 5th 2021.1.15

오늘의 간식은 엄마표 샌드위치와 토마토 쥬스입니다~!!^^

만드는 방법이 간단해서 누구나 쉽게 만들 수 있습니다^^

먼저 재료를 준비합니다~
식빵,토마토,슬라이스햄,치즈,계란후라이,피클,
상추(원래는 양상추나 로메인 상추로 해야되는데 마트갔더니 로메인이 상태가 별루라 일반 상추사왔어요^^)

그리고 소스를 준비합니다
마요네즈, 홀그레인머스터드,꿀을 넣어 만듭니다

소스를 양쪽빵에 발라줍니다
(양쪽에 다 바르는 이유는 빵에 물기가 들어가지 않아 시간이 지난후에 먹어도 맛있게 먹을 수 있고
가장 중요한 이유는 소스가 많아야 맛있기 때문입니다^^ㅎ)

그리고 재료를 하나씩 올려줍니다

그 다음에는 유산지나 랩으로 감싸고 잘라주면 됩니다^^

그리고 토마토 쥬스는 토마토+얼음+꿀을 넣어 믹서기에 갈아주면 됩니다
아이들은 얼음을 많이 넣어서 묽게 해주면 더 잘먹더라고요^^
