마늘 한 망을 샀다.
마늘은 보관할 때, 반으로 짜개서 마늘 사이에 있는 심을 제거해서 보관해야 상하지 않는다고 한다.
먹고사는데 알아야 할 게 많다.

@dozam님 마늘을 주문할까 하다, 올해는 동네 상점에서 샀다. 내년에는 @dozam님에게 사야겠다

            냉장보관할 경우 심이 습기 흡수하여 마늘이 싹이 나거나 썪을까봐 그리 하겠지만, 자연 상태에서는 습기제거, 바싹 마른 마늘을 통풍 잘되는 곳에 보관함

              베란다에 대롱 대롱 매달았어요. 벽에 못이 없어 빨래걸이에 매달았는데 마늘망도 빨개걸이도 위태위태하네요.

                        저희는 외할머니네 텃밭에 깨농사, 고구마 농사 지었었어요. 그때는 그 밭이 엄청 커보였는데, 지나고 나니 손바닥만해서.... 그때 왜 그렇게 밭에 가기 싫었는지. 그저 놀고만 싶어 그랬나봐요.

                          저는 아예 몽땅 깐 후 갈아서 냉동실에 소분하여 보관합니다.
                          그냥 보관하면 나중에 버리는게 반이더라구요.

                                      넹~ 도잠님네 마늘을 엄마에게 주문해드리려고 여쭤봤더니, 거꾸로 두번째 순번의 이모가 마늘 농사를 지었다네요. 그래서 마늘 주문하지 않았다가, 결국 동네서 마늘샀습니다. 엄마가 마늘은 됐고, 들깨~~~ 들깨~~ 외치셨습니다. 내년 들깨 저 주셔야합니당.
