어제의 초여름 날씨가 무색하리만큼 오늘의 날씨는 영 스산하네요..
뜨끈한 순대국 한그릇이 생각나서 강서구청사거리 저의 단골집에 다녀왔습니다.
점심에 조금이라도 늦게 방문하면 밖에서 줄을 서야 할 정도로 사람들에게 인기가 있는곳이예요.
오늘은 순대는 빼고 only 머리고기만 넣은 순대국 한 그릇 주문하였습니다.
가격 : 7천원
주문하면 스피드하게 셋팅되는 한결같은 반찬들입니다.
순대국에 빠지면 섭섭한 부추도 팍팍 넣어줍니다.
이 가게는 머리고기가 듬뿍 들어있어요.
(다 못먹고 남길 정도입니다.)
꼬들꼬들 머리고기..
새우젓에 톡톡 찍어서 맛있게 냠냠 합니다.
가게 한쪽에서 직접 정성스럽게 육수를 우려내는 모습이예요.

저도 몇년전까진 강서구에서 살았어요.
제가 자주 가던 집은 구석진 곳에 있는데 아직도 영업을 하고 있는지 모르겠네요.
사장님 간지가 좔좔 흐릅니다. 순대랑 고기를 엄청 많이 넣어 주셔서 밥을 먹지 않아도 배불렀어요.
